Rafael Manzo

Our South District Supervisor, Rafael Manzo, has over ten years of experience in the security field. During the early years of his security career, he began his educational journey by completing a Degree in Criminal Justice and further enriched his educational background with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

During his experience in the security field, he gained valuable knowledge and training that enhanced his skills, where he excelled in training new hires, began creating security procedures, and focused on employee development. As he gained valuable experience, Rafael was delegated security site management and supervisory roles.

Upon joining the security team at Taurus Protection Inc., Rafael quickly utilized his experience and skills to move up the ranks and advancing his promotion to our South District Supervisor. Rafael continues to train our new employees and manages multiple client accounts throughout Southern California. He has become a consistent leader of our security teams and strives to provide the best customer service for our clients.
